These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jolibet website and mobile application, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered on the Platform.

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the Jolibet Platform, you must:

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration and Security

Registration

To play on Jolibet, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid mobile number. You may also register using a supported third-party account (e.g., Google).

One Account Per Player

Only one account per person is permitted. This includes one account per household, address, IP address, email address, phone number, payment method, or shared device. Duplicate or multiple accounts may be suspended, and any associated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility. Notify our Customer Support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

We may require you to complete identity verification (“Know Your Customer” or KYC) before allowing withdrawals or continued access to certain features, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and applicable gaming regulations. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions, or account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Deposits can be made through supported payment channels, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, GoTyme, and cryptocurrency, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits.
  • Withdrawals are processed to your verified bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet, subject to applicable limits and successful identity verification.
  • All transactions must be made using payment methods registered under your own name. Third-party deposits or withdrawals are not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to delay, decline, or reverse any transaction suspected of fraud, error, or violation of these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

  • All bonuses and promotions offered on Jolibet are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, in addition to these general Terms.
  • Bonuses typically carry a turnover (wagering) requirement that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other active promotions. You must complete the turnover requirement of your current promotion before claiming another.
  • Promotions are limited to one per person, including one per household, IP address, email, phone number, payment method, or shared device. Members found violating this rule may have their bonuses and winnings forfeited.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or void any promotion at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Game Rules and Fair Play

  • All games available on Jolibet are provided by certified third-party game providers, using tested and audited game mechanics.
  • Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) or, for Live Casino games, by real-time dealer action, and are not influenced or manipulated by Jolibet.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a game round, we reserve the right to void the affected round and refund the wager, subject to investigation.
  • Specific game rules, odds, and payout structures are determined by the respective game provider and may vary by title.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create or operate more than one account
  • Use false, misleading, or another person’s identity or payment information
  • Engage in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of match-fixing
  • Use bots, scripts, automated systems, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage
  • Attempt to manipulate promotions, bonuses, or referral programs through fraudulent means

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension and Termination

  • You request account closure or self-exclusion

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veratech Gaming Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the Platform functions properly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with our Customer Support team, it may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set by our licensing authorities, including PAGCOR, Gaming Curacao, or the Myanmar Gaming Authority (MGA), as applicable.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines, unless otherwise required by our licensing authorities.

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
